This experience coupled with entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to succeed has been the building blocks for WraSer Pharmaceuticals.

Greg Stokes

Greg Stokes is Chief Executive Officer of Legacy Xspire Holdings, LLC, including its three operating companies:  WraSer, LLC; Xspire Pharma, and Gentex, LLC.  He is also an Operating Team Member at 1315 Capital, a healthcare expansion and growth equity firm with over $500 million under management. Greg was formerly Chief Executive Officer of NovaSom, and has 25 years of pharmaceutical and medical device experience, having worked in sales, marketing, and business development. Prior to NovaSom, he co-founded and served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Oceana Therapeutics (acquired by Salix for $300 million). Previous positions include co-founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Esprit Pharma, Inc. (acquired by Allergan for $360 million), Vice President of Corporate Development for ESP Pharma (acquired by Protein Design Labs for $500 million), and Director of Business Development with Shire.

Greg received a BA from University of Pennsylvania, JD from Rutgers University and MBA from Rutgers University.

Cedric Ragsdale
Operating Partner

As an Operating Partner of HealthEdge, Cedric serves as CFO for multiple portfolio companies.  He is responsible for all financial aspects of these companies, and assist in some financial due diligence for the fund.

Cedric is a financial executive with over 19 years of financial management experience including procurement, IT, HR, and business development.  Before joining HealthEdge, he was CFO for Bijoux Terner, a global fashion company backed by private equity investment.  Preceding Bijoux Terner, Cedric was CFO for Advanced Bio-Technologies (ABT) before and during its strategic sale.  Previous to ABT, he was VP of Finance for Stiefel Laboratories, Inc.; the largest privately held Dermatological Pharmaceutical Company, CFO of Lilly del Caribe (Eli Lilly & Company’s subsidiary in Puerto Rico), and held several other financial management positions.

Cedric has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering & Management Institute) and a MBA in Finance from Clark Atlanta University, and is a CPA.  Cedric lives in Florida with his wife Melissa, daughter Hannah and son Christian.

Amy Thompson
Vice President of Sales

Amy is currently the Vice President of Sales for WraSer Pharmaceuticals.  Amy began her career at WraSer in 2011 as a District Manager and was promoted in 2019 to her current position. Amy’s current responsibilities include working with the sales and management teams to develop and manage strategic plans to achieve sales goals.

Amy has over 30 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and healthcare.  Amy started her career as a sales representative with Searle Pharmaceuticals selling and launching pain products.  After working as a sales representative, Amy moved into her first management role with a contract healthcare company managing an in-house team selling antibiotics and antihypertensives.  She transitioned into managing a team in conjunction with AstraZeneca launching and selling products in cardiology and gastroenterology. Prior to joining WraSer, Amy was Regional Director for Impax Laboratories managing a team selling anti-epileptic medications in neurology.

Amy has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University.

Jason Stabbs
Director of Sales Operations

Jason is currently the Director of Sales Operations at WraSer. He began his career at WraSer in 2017 as a Product Manager and was promoted in 2019 to his current position. Jason’s current responsibilities overlap into several areas of the business including Production/Forecasting, Product Management (Otic), Information Technology, Regulatory, Sales Operations, Field Sales, Training and Marketing.

Jason is a seasoned Sales and Financial professional with over 22 years of experience in various industries. Before joining WraSer, he was a Practice Development Manager for CareCredit (GE Capital/Synchrony Financial) where he worked hands on with Hospital Systems, Plastic Surgery, Audiology and Vision Clinics to increase case acceptance and manage rising patient financial responsibilities for elective and non-elective cases. Preceding CareCredit Jason worked as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley and held his Insurance, Series 66 and Series 7 licenses. Previous to Morgan Stanley Jason was a Senior Sales Representative for Masco Coatings where he served as a liaison to Home Depot and promoted the BEHR and Masterchem (KILZ) product lines.

Jason has a BS in Corporate Finance from Arkansas State University.

Bradley Hershman
Director, Commercial Operations

Brad is currently the Director, Commercial Operations for Wraser Pharmaceuticals.  He accepted this position in October 2020.  In this position, Brad has responsibility leading the coordination of all internal and external resources in market evaluation, commercial contracting, recruitment and management of critical staff, Key Opinion Leaders and sales and marketing activities to healthcare professionals.

Brad is a commercial executive with over 30 years of experience including sales and marketing leadership, account management and sales operations.  Before joining Wraser, he led a National Accounts team at HD Supply focusing in their Healthcare division. Prior to that he helped build commercial organizations at Stiefel Laboratories, Par Pharmaceutical, and Independent Pharmacy Cooperative.

Brad has a BA in Rhetoric & Communications from the University of Oregon.

Sales Team

WraSer Pharmaceuticals has two dedicated sales forces marketing products to Pain Management Physicians, Orthopedic Surgeons, Cardio-Vascular Physicians, and Pharmacies. WraSer has sales representation in targeted areas throughout the United States. WraSer will continue to expand its sales force annually as well as expand its product portfolio though licensing, co-promotion, and drug development opportunities.
